Mr. Ting-Yun Chi, NICI IPv6 R&D Division

  Ting-Yun Chi received the Master EE. degree from National Dong Hwa University, Taiwan, Republic of China, in 2005. He joined the Department of Institute of Communications Engineering from the National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, Republic of China, as a PHD student in 2005.

 He is the executive secretary for IPv6 RD division of the NICI Taiwan and the Project Manager for eLife Technology Innovation Project of Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan. His current research interests include Mobile IPv6 network, DVBT-MHP.
