  Sinchai KAMOLPHIWONG received Ph.D. degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He is now an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering, Prince of Songkla University, Thailand. He is a founder and a director of Centre for Network Research (CNR).   Panita Pongpaibool is a researcher at National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC), Thailand. She is currently leading the NECTEC IPv6 Testbed team in the Next Generation Internet Division.

 
 

 

Mr. Takashi Miyake, Kurashiki University of science and the Arts, Japan

  Takashi Miyake is a doctoral student of Kurashiki University of science and Arts. Since 1998 he is the operator of the IPv6 Internet Backbone of WIDE Project. Currently, he is one of the member of NICT Japan Gigabit Network 2, Chugoku research center.

 
 

 

Dr. Noel Crespi, INT-GET, France

  Noel Crespi joined France Telecom Research and Development in 1995 where he worked on intelligent network paradigms for value added services such as CAMEL. He also led the prepaid service project for Orange to build an architecture now hosting more than 10 million mobile subscribers. He took an active role in standardization representing France Telecom in various ETSI and 3GPP technical committees.

 
 

 

Dr. Chai-Hien Gan, NICI IPv6 Promotion Division

  Chai-Hien Gan was born in Malaysia in 1971. He received his BS degree in computer science from Tamkang University in 1994, Taipei County, Taiwan, and both his MS. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science and information engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan in 1996 and 2005, respectively.

 
 

 

Prof. Whai-En Chen, National Science and Technology Program for Telecommunications (NTP)

  Whai-En Chen received the B.S.E.E. degree from Tamkang University, Taiwan, Republic of China, in 1997 and the Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from the National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, Republic of China, in 2002. He joined the Department of Computer Science at National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, Republic of China, as a research assistant professor in 2003.

  Chia-Yung Su received the B.S.C.S.I.E. degree from National Chiao-tung University, Taiwan, Republic of China, in 2004. He will be a PhD student in CS in Harvard University in 2006. Mr. Su joined Artdio technology Co. Ltd. in 2006 as a programmer and the ITRI CCL in 2006 as a researcher.

  Ting-Yun Chi received the Master EE. degree from National Dong Hwa University, Taiwan, Republic of China, in 2005. He joined the Department of Institute of Communications Engineering from the National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, Republic of China, as a PHD student in 2005.

 
 

 

Dr. Riad Hartani, Caspian Networks

  Dr. Riad Hartani is Chief Architect with Caspian, San Jose, California, a developer of next generation networking systems. He leads the company's technology, strategy and business development efforts. Prior to that, he held senior technical and leadership positions with Nortel Networks in Canada, the Canadian Research Council in Canada, Hitachi Labs in Japan and the French National Research Institute in France.

 
 

 
 

Mr.Sangjin Jeong, IPv6 Forum Korea

  After receiving M.S in Computer Networks, he has been working in the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) as a researcher since 2003. He has joined to IPv6 Forum Korea in 2004. Now, he is the Manager of IPv6 Forum Korea Secretariat. His current research interests include IPv6 mobility and IPv6 over wireless networks especially IEEE 802.16 networks.

 
 

 

Associate Professor Dr. Sureswaran Ramadass, National Advanced IPv6 Center

   Associate Professor Dr. Sureswaran Ramadass, aged 39, a Malaysian, was recently appointed Director, National Advanced IPv6 Centre of Excellence (NAv6). He is also the Chairman/Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of MLABS. He is presently the Head of R&D of the MLABS Group.
